Bay Mills Department of Health and Human Services provides many beneficial services for mental health, social services, substance abuse and support services to survivors and their families of domestic and sexual assault. Services are available to both Native American families and Non-Native American families (when caseloads allow).
Outpatient services are provided to help people lead lives that are as emotionally and spiritually healthy as possible. Working with an outpatient therapist may improve the quality of lives of each individual client as needed.
Intensive outpatient therapy services
Individual, family, marriage and child counseling
Group therapy, coping skills, yoga, massage, acupuncture and play therapy
Crisis services available
Information on parenting, child development, handling stress, dealing with loss and grief
Help with stressful transitions or changes

Bay Mills Substance Abuse Program is an outpatient program for adults and adolescents. The addiction program is designed to intervene in substance abuse and related issues based on the individual client’s needs.

Referrals are made to other helping agencies as appropriate
