The  Zaagigi Health Center in Brimley, MI, offers compassionate and knowledgeable patient care personalized for you.

​The Zaagigi Clinic provides the School Wellness (SWP) and is operated by Bay Mills Health Center, in partnership with Brimley Area Schools and funded from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The program pairs a Registered Nurse and licensed mental health therapist to provide clinical services, referrals and health education.  The Zaagigi Clinic is located within the Brimley Area School.

We offer hours throughout the week, so students can remain on campus. This will prevent time away from school for medical appointments.

Tracing its origins to two clinics established in the early 1970s and as a benefactor of the Indian Self Determination Act and Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Bay Mills Health Center has a long history of public service. Nearly 50 years later, we now reside in a new facility that allows us to serve the community more completely.

Our mission is to serve the community through accessible and affordable healthcare. We know taking time off from work to seek medical treatment is a privilege, which is why we offer expanded hours. We also know life is busy, which is why we send out automated reminders about appointments so you won’t forget.
